Duration = 3:30 Grade 2 Player Two Press Start is a sequel to the composer’s popular work, Player One Press Start, which was based on early 8-bit video games and their sound tracks of blips and bloops. Conversely, this work looks to modern game soundtracks for it’s inspiration. In this case, the band is imagined to be INSIDE the video game, immersed in the lush, full orchestration of a modern warfare style game. Each member of the band is an important hero, with unique abilities and skills. Each person is critical to winning the game. So let’s stay together and work as a team. Here we go! Let’s enter the battle! For those directors that may have never programmed a work with electronics, please be assured that the electronic track is as simple as hitting play on the audio track. (Like in Techno Blade, ie, no complicated tech required, and no click track, just a pair of speakers). |

VARIABLE DIFFICULTY SOLO PARTS
The clarinet solo is cross-cued into flute, alto sax, and trumpet. It may be divided up into phrases in order to feature multiple players if desired. Each of these parts has a simplified solo version option. See below for an example.
